To cover the costs of publication and ensure that all accepted articles are published with free and universal access, we charge an Article Processing Charge (APC). This APC policy outlines the principles, procedures, and criteria for APCs in our journal.

Waiver: We are committed to supporting researchers worldwide, especially those from low-income and lower-middle-income countries. We offer the waiver

For corresponding authors from lower-middle-income countries as classified by the World Bank.

For authors with demonstrated financial need or those from institutions with limited funding.

  1. Application for Waiver: Authors wishing to apply for a waiver should indicate this during the submission process. The application should include:
  • A brief justification for the request.
  • Any supporting documentation that can assist in the evaluation of the request.

Applications will be reviewed by the editorial team, and decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.

  1. Payment Procedure: Once an article is accepted for publication, the corresponding author will be contacted with an invoice for the APC. Payment is required before the article is published and can be made via the following methods:
  • Credit/Debit Card
  • Bank Transfer
  • PayPal

  • Low-Income Countries: USD 2,500 per year
  • Middle-Income Countries: USD 3,500 per year
  • High-Income Countries: USD 5,000 per year

Each membership tier provides the same publication benefits, including eligibility to submit up to 10 manuscripts across all journals, along with priority editorial and administrative support.
