This brochure is devoted to the consideration of the history and levels of the Karabakh conflict, to the analysis of possible variants and means for its solution and to the description of the social-political atmosphere in the two countries involved in the conflict. The work is simultaneously published in the Azeri, Armenian, Russian and English languages.
The present investigation is the first attempt made jointly by the researchers of Azerbaijan and Armenia, and has been brought into being with the moral and financial assistance of the Embassies of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland in Baku and Yerevan
